VERY RARE Vintage Tin Halloween Noisemaker 1930s. Marked " BUGLE made in USA". Wider at the top than the bottom so it is 2 1/4" wide at the top and 4" tall. ANY white spots are glare from my camera - the paint is really good except a small amount of paint missing around the rim at the top and at the bottom.
