A bit rough, but extremely rare. Folks got it for me.... I wore it "trick or treating" when I was a kid. It's just as I recently found it "wadded up" in a box.... Back storage room of my house..... I'm positive that it had been right there since the'70's. That I wanted this for Halloween back in the day. Body suit only is included here. A bit "rough", but "real".

Dirty, probably smells funny, 3 or 4 small "cracks" in the upper (under 1/2 inch), holes in the stockings, lots of wrinkles, a few other flaws, etc. it's not "falling apart".... And if taken care of properly from now on.... Will surely stay "intact" longer than any of us will. I think it would look nice...

And be appropriate to be "framed out".... Only one other example known to exist (that I could find on the net). That just might be it... Two examples the info on the other one was from 2011 though... This might even be the only one now...
