Bethany Lowe Vintage Halloween Skeleton Head Nodder 14 1/4. Collectible Halloween Decor by Bethany Lowe from the Early 2000's. This is such a fun piece to add to your collection!

Feels like it's made of a wood material. The head is on a spring that allows the head to nod and rock. Slight wear on the collar and top of hat due to age.
