Rare Vintage 1997 SCREAM Ghost Face Mask Costume Halloween Stalker Scary Movie. I know nothing about these masks but I typed the barcode number in and this is what came up.
It is still in it's ordinal packaging but without the cardboard that is usually attached with pictures and discriptions. There appears to be a clear plastic shell over the eyes and nose. I think it says on the back of the chin, Easter Unlimited Inc and Made in China. It's hard to read though because there are 2 layers of plastic.
