Rare Vintage Cesar Halloween Mask Jean Chrétien Canadian Prime Minister 1994

(Very Rare) Vintage Mask of Jean Chrétien Former Canadian Prime Minister. I found this at a thrift store with a mask of the famous, former Canadian Prime Minster Brian Mulroney as well both masks are extremely hard to find. After researching this Jean Chrétien's mask I can not find an example of this mask anywhere online, making this mask super rare. Are you a Cesar mask collector?
