Rare Vintage Kinetic Pendulum Balancing Black Cat Counterweight Metal Folk Art Halloween. This is about 17 inches long by about 7 1/2 inches wide. This shows wear from being outside for many years. It has rust and damage from age and bubbling to the paint/metal.

It's literally flaking off, especially on the back. The eyes do move when it's going back-and-forth.
