Vintage Department 56 Halloween Jack'O Lantern Cap Hat Adjustable Rare

  

This Dept 56 Halloween cap is in great used condition. There are no stains on the outside that I can find.

The band inside does have some orange marks on it as seen in the pictures. The clasp on the inside has a mark also as seen in the pictures.
