Vintage Halloween Paper Mache Pulp DEVIL Lantern RARE F. N. Burt 1930's

  

This wonderful 1930's Burt Paper Mache Devil comes from my Halloween collection over the years- and since I have two - one is up for sale for another lucky Halloween collector. He Is in lovingly used condition: Has one horn missing, the other cracked his original insert burned up by a candle, wax in the bottom, some burn marks and chips, but he is the devil - so he still looks absolutely great!

He now has a reproduction insert that's removable and looks great when lit up with a BATTERY CANDLE- NOT A REAL ONE! His wire bail is in the bottom of the lantern so it doesn't damaged him anymore. He always looked great on the mantle in my "Devil section" by the Jack-O-lanterns and he will look great in your display and he will put a smile one your face. FYI beware of Recently make Devils that are "Vintage"....

They may be 30 years old but they are not the original like this guy. Yikes, not the real old 1930's thing!
