Vtg 90's Topstone Latex Old Man Elf Halloween Mask Special Promo Mask! RARE

  

It's not dirty or falling apart anywhere. It's for the most part clean and has no rips or damage. It's an Adult sized mask that is a Special Promotional Item that they made a very small number of.

I found a picture of it from a Halloween Catalog. (As seen in photo #11) I'm not sure what exactly it's supposed to be a mask of. It looks kinda like an old man but it has bulgy eyes and pointy ears.
